Автомат АПШ12 предназначен для производства прессовыдувным способом широкогорлой стеклотары в двухместных (одноместных) формах. Основным ассортиментом стеклоизделий, вырабатываемых на автоматe, являются стеклянные банки для консервов вместимостью от 250 до 3000 см3.
| The АПШ12 automatic machine is designed for press-blow forming wide-necked glass containers in single and double-cavity moulds. The chief products are glass jars for preserved food stuff. The jar holding capacity varies from 250 to 3000 cm3.

КОНСТРУКЦИЯ Автомат АПШ12 - карусельного типа с механическим приводом вращения столов и пневматической системой управления механизмами и узлами. | DESIGN The АПШ12 is an automatic machine with power-driven rotary table. Control mechanisms and units functions is effected pneumatically. Frame is a cast iron рlате mounted on four wheels. This plate carries in its centre a column around which lower table rotates. The table is positively connected with a Geneva wheel, the latter translating the drive continuous motion into intermittent movement. The Geneva wheel is turned by a carrier which makes one full revolution, while the wheel does only 1/12 of it. Drive imparts motion to the table, synchronizer drum and feeder drive. Tables comprise an assembly unit carrying the plates of parison and finish moulds and necking rings. The unit consists of four tables, three of them (top, middle and bottom) rigidly interconnected to one another. Mounted positively on the column above the bottom table is a fourth (split) table supporting the parison mould rise cam. The middle table carries the finish moulds plates and the top table carries the necking rings holders. The parison moulds plates move over the pillars interconnecting together the bottom and middle tables. Synchronizer correlates In time the functioning of all auto mechanisms driven by compressed air. The synchronizer drum is put into motion from the machine general drive. The drum has slots in which buttons are accommodated. As the drum rotates the buttons actuate corresponding valves making them feed compressed air to the relevant pneumatic mechanisms. Pressure cylinder presses the parison with the help of pressure tool secured on the pressure head. Blowing rings shape the products in finish moulds. Necking holders mechanism locks the holders in pressing position preventing them from opening when pressed by the glass. Finish moulds opening and closing mechanism is secured to the central column in-between top and middle tables. The holders are made to open at the finished products removal station. Neck cooling mechanism speeds up the cooling of products, thus preventing warpage of necks and, hence, increasing the output of good-quality production. Take-out device removes finished products and transfers them from the machine to a conveyer. The device is affixed to the central column. | |
